Mrs. Rivera is also the founder of  The MGR Law Firm, PLLC.  She personally knows what it takes to practice law while at the same time run, manage, and grow a law firm. Through her career journey, she has  had the opportunity to work for the government, for large law firms, and grow her firm from a solo practice. She commends all the solo practitioners that work hard everyday to help families. However, she knows firsthand what it takes to grow a practice and the uncertainties that come with decisions such as what systems to put in place and when and who to hire.

Mrs. Rivera is currently  providing contract services to family law attorneys on a project base so that family law attorneys can focus on providing the best representation to the individual and families they represent. Services include preparation of Mandatory Financial Disclosures, drafting initial drafts of parenting plans and settlement agreements, and more.
