Erick P. Steffens serves as Of Counsel to The MGR Law Firm, PLLC, where he supports the firm’s estate planning, probate, real estate, and business law matters.

With nearly two decades of legal experience, Mr. Steffens provides strategic, results-driven counsel to individuals, investors, and businesses navigating complex legal and transactional issues.

Mr. Steffens is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for those districts.

His practice is heavily concentrated in real estate transactions and litigation, including title issues, quiet title actions, foreclosure-related matters, and structuring complex real estate deals. In addition, he regularly advises clients in business law, estate planning, and probate administration, offering practical guidance tailored to both legal and financial considerations.

As counsel, Mr. Steffens is known for his direct, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to navigate overlapping legal issues involving real estate, finance, and asset protection.
